Aunt Victoria's Inheritance is what I have always wanted to be bequeathed - if I had an Aunt Victoria and she liked me enough
to die and leave me her house =) Its also redecorated the way I would have wanted it back when I was around twenty and a full on cape wearing goth - old mouldy fleabitten animal head style mixed with goth dark and plushness.
Features: The exterior of the house is grey and white brick , has fully matched doors and windows and a porch runs around three sides of the house. The basement garage offers access directly to the kitchen and is roomy enough for a home gym or play area. The ground floor sports a grand entrance showcasing the massive wrought iron staircase. Overlooking the back yard is a living room with fireplace. A small study, large dining room, ample kitchen and a powder room with toilet and shower complete this floor. Access to the backyard is through a door in the kitchen. The first floor has a large landing that could be utilised for well, whatever you want and another living area. Two bedrooms each with fireplaces share a large bathroom. Another flight of wrought iron stairs leads to the second floor where we find a further 2 bedrooms each with fireplace, ensuite bathroom and access to private balconies. The yard has an inground swimming pool shielded from prying eyes by old growth trees and floral shrubberies in purples/blues.
