Chahmed is the country style renovation of my Unloved/Loved series of lots. This lot is all about being cheerful, homey and partially self sufficient in the inner city. On the ground floor is a large living/dining room with fireplace and pass-through to the kitchen. The kitchen area is light and airy and the adjoining conservatory overlooking the cottage garden could be used as an informal breakfast area or reading nook. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with fireplace and small porch. A large bathroom separates the two bedrooms. Along the sides of the house are garden beds with vegetable and fruit tree plantings. The rear yard has a very pretty cottage style garden with a feature pond and wall fountains. At night the area is lit by red lights creating a romantic and warm space for relaxing.
