I made this lot in answer to a request by 4mamma on the BPS request forum - so I hope she likes it! The outside of the house is what I would call "genteel shabby" and needs a paint job, especially on the fences and bits ;)

I only had the outside pic to work from so I just made up what the inside might be like. So we ended up with an entryway, formal/lounge dining,office nook, breakfast area, kitchen, powder room and sunroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are a master bedroom with ensuite, a living area and two bedrooms that share another bathroom.

The yard is very informally landscaped with scrappy grass over a sand base, various trees, some roses and shrubs. There is also a garden shed for those Sims inclined to do that stuff =) A small porch for "settin'" can be acessed from the entry area. The attic could conceivably be *converted* for more rooms.

There is one file containing the lot, items and a read-me/credits file.
