Back in January 2005 I uploaded my first refurbished building to MTS followed by others so I thought hmmmm.. I actually saw a pic of a building similar to this on the internet and thought what a lovely city apartment/business it would make.

3 Apartments - feature spiral stairwell, elevator - the original facade and roof of the building has been kept and restored. Apartment 1 is a small 2 storey with garage (direct access), sideway, balcony and very small rear courtyard. Apartment 2 has direct access to the ground floor retail space and has a garage as well. Apartment 3 is on the 3rd floor. Both apartments 2 & 3 are built open-plan style with a bedroom area mezzanine and separate bathrooms. Both these apartments have access to a large rear yard area.
