Urbanisation is the modern renovation of my Unloved/Loved series of lots. This lot is all about lines and contains very few curves. The ground story is one large area for living and kitchen with total visual access to the rear decking and pool. Twin stairs give access to the first story which houses a large bathroom overlooking the rear yard and an open mezzanine bedroom that also has a small balcony overlooking the front of the house. Skylights run the length of the *darker* side of the first floor. The rear yard has a wooden deck which also surrounds the pool and is covered by a wood and glass pergola The landscaping and planting is minimalist in white with specifically chosen plants to continue the overall theme of the lot.
