This lot was actually part of a competition on BPS (Starter Newlyweds??) that I finished and never uploaded for some reason - got distracted maybe,probably as usual =)

Yarra is a contemporary 3 bedroom. The master has ensuite and walk-in robe, the other bedrooms have built in robes. Upstairs also features a separate bathroom and a hallway closet. Additionally, there is access to the patio on top of thegarage. Downstairs is an entranceway with closet, large living room, kitchen (with backyard access) and dining. A mudroom can be accessed via the backyard, garage and kitchen and there is also a WC. The garage also has stairs leading directly to the garage roof patio.

The wooden texture I used on all the bits was taken from Simbella's FenceForLynn07 - and was really my inspiration for the look of the entire lot - I just love love love that wood texture =) Ty Simbella!
